MeisterSinger
Scrypto Automatic 38 mm, with
calendar
MeisterSinger is best known for their single hand watches. There is a
growing movement, that appreciates having time shown in its most primal
state.
The few three handed watches are rather exotic. Nonetheless, they
distinguish themselves by their clarity and sense of balance.
The double digits, the distinctive needle-thin hand, the slight lens
affect of the convex glass and the case, reminiscent of pocket watches,
all add up to a perfect whole. Through the rear face made of glass, you
can watch the Swiss movement at work.
The Scrypto Automatic has the date window next to the 03.
A special clou: the overhanging part of the thin second hand is
decorated with the fermata, in musical notation it stands for pause. It
is the symbol of MeisterSinger.
The 38mm Scrypto distinguishes itself from the more stately 43mm
version only by the placement of the date window. Here it is found near
the 06. |
